Encrypted Data Storage

All account data — including your registered mobile number, email and linked UPI details — is stored using encryption at rest. Only authorised internal systems can decrypt and access it for specific operational tasks.

Payment Data Minimisation

When you pay via Paytm or PhonePe, we receive only the transaction reference and status — not your full wallet credentials. Full payment credentials never pass through or sit on spin2x servers.

Cookie Management

We separate essential cookies from optional ones. Essential cookies keep your session active; optional ones improve navigation speed. You can switch off optional cookies in account settings without losing access to your account.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available on your account to prevent unauthorised access. We log each login attempt along with device and region signals, and flag unusual patterns for manual review by our security team.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, plus the period required under applicable law. Once both periods lapse, data is either permanently deleted or anonymised so it cannot be linked back to you.

Data Correction Requests

If the data we hold about you is incorrect — for example, an outdated phone number — you can request a correction through live chat or our privacy email. We update records within 7 working days of a verified request.

No. When you pay through UPI or PhonePe, only the transaction reference and settlement status reach our systems. Your UPI handle and PhonePe credentials remain with the respective payment provider and are never stored by us.
