Head to the Wallet section, select UPI as your method, enter your UPI handle, and confirm the amount. The transaction goes through your UPI app and funds typically appear in your spin2x wallet in under a minute once the bank confirms.

Withdrawals go through a brief verification check before release. Once cleared, funds reach your linked Paytm account within a few hours. If your withdrawal sits pending beyond that window, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

You can store multiple payment methods in your wallet. Adding PhonePe and a UPI handle as separate options is supported. Each method is verified individually, so you may be asked to confirm a small test transaction when adding a new one.

Game availability depends on local law and applies where local law permits. Some titles in the lobby are restricted to specific regions. If a game is greyed out in your session, it is not accessible from your current location under applicable rules.

A government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport — is accepted for identity verification. You may also be asked for address proof depending on your account activity level. Upload documents through the Verify section of your dashboard.

Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen. A one-time code is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code, set a new password, and you are back in. If your mobile number has changed, contact support before attempting this step.
